After installation of the website, there was no Contact form.

In order to add the Contact form, I installed a plugin called WPForms. This tool allows me to setup a contact form. After setting it up, all I had to do is enter the shortcode that is linked to the form and enter it in the page. Then I added the page to the navigation bar so that users can access it in the webpage.
After applying that, here is how it looks now.
That how i was able to add a contact form.
